At NAD Electronics, we are committed to providing high-fidelity audio excellence; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal or contact our customer support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Package Your Gear

  Carefully pack the item in its original factory packaging, including all cables, remote controls, and manuals to ensure safe transit and full credit.

  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of the box, ensuring any previous shipping labels are covered.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians receive and inspect the unit for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
